Elon Musk Asks Why Is The DOJ Keeping Quiet About Jeffrey Epstein’s Client List

Billionaire Elon Musk raised concerns about Jeffrey Epstein’s client list in a slew of tweets over the weekend, suggesting it was “odd” that the information hadn’t leaked yet.

Elon Musk reacted to the situation with a meme that read “things I’ll see witness in my life,” featuring photographs of a dragon, dinosaurs, a unicorn, and the lines “the Epstein/Maxwell client list.”

“Only thing more remarkable than DOJ not leaking the list is that no one in the media cares,” Musk tweeted on Saturday. “Doesn’t that seem odd?”

“Sometimes I think my list of enemies is too short, so …” Musk said.

In 2019, after being charged with federal sex trafficking crimes, Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his prison cell by New York City police. It’s uncertain why Elon Musk got involved with the Epstein situation.

In 2021, Ghislaine Maxwell, a wealthy British socialite and Epstein’s long-term companion, was sentenced to 27 years in prison for sex trafficking of minors and other federal charges after luring and grooming underage girls on behalf of the late financier. Her conviction was upheld by a federal judge in April.

When she is sentenced on June 28, Theresa Maxwell could face up to 55 years in jail.

A Twitter user mocked Elon Musk’s tweet by posting a photo of the Tesla CEO standing next to Maxwell. This prompted an immediate response from Musk.

“Ah yes, Maxwell photobombing me at a @VanityFair Oscars party – you should (ask) them why they invited her,” Musk responded. “The same people who push this photo say nothing about prominent people who actually went to his island a dozen times. Also very strange …”

The Department of Justice has not responded to a request for comment on Elon Musk’s tweets.

Prince Andrew, among others, has been linked to Epstein. Prince Andrew reached a settlement with Virginia Giuffre earlier this year after previously denying any wrongdoing. Andrew has apologized for being involved with Epstein, but he has not acknowledged any guilt.

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates is another figure associated with Epstein who has spoken out. “Huge mistake,” he said of his decision to attend fundraising sessions with the financier. Gates is not charged with any crime.

Divorce proceedings between Bill and Melinda French Gates may have been aided by the meetings.
